The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us and requesting details. You can at any time instruct us to remove all records we hold and we will do so immediately.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely on our database, access to which is highly restricted.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which is only stored on your computer. You can modify your browser to prevent this happening by switching off 'accept cookies' but this can cause problems with some other sites, although not with this one. The information stored in the cookie is only used to identify you prior to registration on the site. Cookies can be removed from your hard disc by emptying your cache. Your browser can be set to delete the cache every time you close it. It is best to set it to do this, otherwise your cache will fill up with cookies from all the sites you visit.
